This Writ Petition has been instituted on 26.04.2024 challenging order dated 13.06.2023 of R2 and directing the respondents to conduct examinations for subject code CIS C001 - History of communication.

2. This matter had come up on 03.06.2024 and an adjournment had been sought by a representing counsel.

3. Today, Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel on record for the petitioner states that after institution of this Writ Petition, the examination for the subject code CIS C001 - History of communication has been conducted on 11.05.2024 for 7 students, including the petitioner.

4. With this, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition and recording the same, the Writ Petition and the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
