ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e., 03.06.2024 and 05.06.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter Page No:1/3
on 05.06.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this Criminal Revision Case.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non prosecution.
