This Court passed the detailed order of 24.01.2020 and an Expert was appointed and was directed to file a report. The report was filed on 10.02.2021 and the learned counsel appearing on either side were directed to give their objections. The plaintiff has filed their objections to the expert opinion on 25.03.2021 and the same was recorded by this Court on 28.04.2021.

2.In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this application and the report filed by the Expert and the objections raised by the plaintiff will be taken up for consideration at the time of disposal of the suit.
