Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings and punish the respondents herein for violating and willfully disobeying the judgment dated 27.07.2023 made in W.P.No.29461 of 2013 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 27.07.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.29461 of 2013 thereby directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Administrative Officer notionally, by including her name in the panel year 2008-09 with all service benefits. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed order dated 15.07.2024, thereby granted notional promotion to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the order dated 15.07.2024, before this Court. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed.
