This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.01.2014, 24.01.2014 and 15.09.2014 and pass necessary orders.

2. The allegations made in the petition is that the respondents 1 & 2 have not provided the police protection to the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by the Sub Court, Hosur in O.S.No.101 of 2005 dated 18.04.2013 and did not also consider his representations dated 08.01.2014, 24.01.2014 and 15.09.2014.

3. In such circumstances the respondent/police is directed to consider the representations given by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
