Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the order bearing bearing Reg.D.II/ICH/HTL/160/2011 dated 11.02.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent, State Industrial Corporation of Tamil Nadu Ltd to execute and register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot No.113 to 116, SIPCOT Industrial Complex Phase-I admeasuring 15.09 acres, within the village limits of Zuzuvadi, taluk of Hosur, Sub-registration district of Hosur and registration district of Dharmapuri.
