The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first and second respondents to cancel the patta No.3713 dated 13.06.2017 in the name of the third respondent.

2. It is came to know that the same petitioner has filed an another writ petition in W.P.No. 15539 of 2017 for the same cause action. But the same has not been disclosed in the present petition. Since the petitioner has not disclosed about the earlier writ petition, this present petition is liable to be dismissed.
