Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to call for the locking and sealing notice dated 21.9.2011 in letter No.U22A.C.No.940/2011 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct respondents 3 and 4 to remove the seal and open the lock made by them on 31.10.2011 in the premises at No.73, Ranganathan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017. (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The property is already de-sealed in pursuance of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the sanction plan is available with them. The sanction plan to be produced before the competent authority of the Corporation within two weeks and thereafter, dependent on the verification of the plan with the construction at site, the Corporation would be free to proceed in accordance with law in case any deviation is found.
