Vsi Crime No.754 of 2014 from the second respondent police to some other agency for proper investigation and to file a final report.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a counter stating that already the case has been closed as 'action dropped' on 04.12.2014.

3. Since already the complaint has been closed as 'action dropped', nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
