This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of suspension dated 09.07.2018 in Proc No.A2/0989/2017 issued under Rule 17(e) of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies (Discipline and Appeal) Rules and Tamil Nadu Backward Classes and Economic Development Corporation (TABCEDCO) Service Rule 60 in contemplation of disciplinary proceedings. The grievance now expressed by the petitioner is that the same is actuated with malafide and hence, came forward to file this writ petition seeking for quashment of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and submission, especially the fact that in contemplation of disciplinary proceeding to order such suspension, permissible to the authorities concerned, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, it is stated that the Subsistence allowance be paid to the petitioner, it goes without saying that he is entitled to subsistence allowance as permissible to him under law, during such suspension.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition are also closed.
