Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to carry on his business to selling eatable items and collecting empty bottles in the bar attached to the TASMAC wine shop No.7407, Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, during the currency of the Lincence period from 1.8.2015 to 31.07.2016.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to carry on his business to selling eatable items and collecting empty bottles in the bar attached to the TASMAC wine shop No.7407, Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, during the currency of the Lincence period from 1.8.2015 to 31.07.2016.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side.

The Petitioner specifically pleads that despite issuance of Licence dated 1.8.2015, issued to him for the period from 1.8.2015 to 31.7.2016 to carry on the business of selling eatable items and collecting empty bottles in the Bar attached to the TASMAC Wine Shop No.7407, there is a threat of closure of the said bar premises. Upon notice, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent stoutly refuted the said submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and also submitted that there is no such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

move initiated against the Petitioner.

4. Considering the said submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
