Ranipet in confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 30.12.2005 passed in O.S.No.121 of 2004 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sholinghur.

JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has paid a sum of Rs.53,100/- (Rupees Fifty Three Thousand and One Hundred only) as full and final settlement to the respondents herein and that the learned counsel appearing for the respondents acknowledged the receipt of the same. 2.
Recording the said submissions, this Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
