Santhammal in respect of property bearing Survey No.165/B2 for an extent of Ac.2.02 cents situated at Kanthur Village Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District by amending the petitioners mothers name in the Computer Patta from Annammal to Santhammal in all Revenue Records. With the consent of both side, the writ petition itself has been taken up for disposal.
2 The case of the petitioner is that the property in Survey No. 165/B2 for an extent of 2.02 acres situated at Kanthur Village Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District belongs to her mother by sale deed, dated 16.10.1946. Petitioner's mother stated to have died on 6.3.2008. However, in the patta bearing No.26, dated 6.11.2008 petitioner's mother has been shown as Annammal instead of Santhammal. Thus, petitioner made representation on 16.3.2015. On its nonconsideration, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, dated 16.3.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
