2 Alleging that patta has been wrongly issued in favour of the respondent No.3 for the property belonging to the petitioner. Representation has been made to the respondent on 15.7.2015. Despite the same, no action has been taken. Hence the present writ petition has been filed.

3 Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, dated 15.7.2015, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
