ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondent-Police to register the First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2015 and to investigate and file a final report, in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after conducting enquiry, the respondent-Police closed the petitioner's complaint, since the petitioner agreed to approach the civil Court.
