This petition is filed to amend the name of the father of the petitioner as PURUSOTHAMAN in the cause title instead of SHANMUGAM in the aforesaid Crl.O.P.No.8602 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further time is granted for a period of two weeks to comply with the order dated 23.04.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8602 of 2024, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
