Prayer :- This petition is filed Section 11 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking to punish the respondent for contempt of court for having violated deliberately and wantonly the order of this court dated 13.03.2018 made in W.A.No.1493 of 2015.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of order of this court dated 13.03.2018 made in W.A.No.1493 of 2015.

2. In purported compliance of the order passed by this Court, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent furnished the proceedings dated 21.08.2018 in Ref.No.43268/E6/1/2018-1 to 4. It is also stated that the consequential monetary benefits have also been given to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submitted that the seniority must be CML 4370 as against 4683. However, we are afraid that it was not the subject matter of the writ appeal. 2 / 3

4. In view of the above, contempt petition is closed, however, if the petitioner has got any grievance, he can workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
