O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 13.09.2019 in No.677/H3/Health/2018 for the purported compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5080 of 2016 dated 04.07.2018.

2. In such view of the matter, we do not find any wilful disobedience warranting appropriate action. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
