O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.06.2021 for the offence under Section 397 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.455 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of Rs.700/- at knife point. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are nine previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are nine previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
