This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10645 of 2023, dated 02.06.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10645 of 2023, dated 02.06.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
