This is a petition to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 12.06.2018 made in MCOP No.326 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court-cum-Madras Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tindivanam.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the condone delay petition is ordered.
