The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. not known of 2023, on a complaint given by the State Bank of India, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition does not lie and accordingly, it is dismissed.
