ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner complaint dated 17.08.2015 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 17.08.2015 with the respondent police, but, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner by receiving a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- from one Susila executed a sale deed. Subsequently, Susila found that the said land was not available on Earth. Hence, she lodged a complaint as against this petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner has returned a sum of Rs.12,85,000/-. Now, the petitioner has come forward with the present complaint as against the mediator. Thus, he opposed to give https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any direction as sought for by the petitioner. 4.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, since a complaint is pending, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 17.08.2015 given by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
