ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR.J,] The captioned main writ petition was dismissed for default on 26.03.2025 due to non-prosecution.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ miscellaneous petition seeking to set aside the order dated 26.03.2025 and to restore the main writ petition on file. In the supporting affidavit, the petitioner has stated that his non-appearance on the said date was not deliberate and that his absence was due to illness.
3. Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted, on instructions, that he has no objection to the order dismissing the writ petition being recalled and the writ petition being restored to file. Page Nos.2
