ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondent-Police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2015, in accordance with law.

2.On 02.09.2015, the petitioner herein has given complaint with the respondent-Police as against her husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law, on the allegation of dowry harassment. But, no action was taken by the respondent-police. Hence, she has come forward with the present petition before this Court. 3.Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been assigned CSR.No.268 of 2015 and enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent-Police to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No.268 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.
