ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2020 and to conduct a survey in the subject property and lay the boundary stones and also to issue patta.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property belongs to the petitioner absolutely and the petitioner has been approaching the second respondent to get the property surveyed and to fix the boundary stones. A representation was made in this regard on 01.09.2020. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2020 and act upon the same and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also pay the necessary fees for the purpose of conducting the survey. The petitioner is directed to make fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 01.09.2020 and all necessary documents and also a copy of this order. 5.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
