ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the 1st respondent-Police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2015 and to investigate and file a final report, in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Shanmugam and Abirami, on the allegation of job racketing. According to the petitioner, the said persons received a sum of Rs.60,000/- from the petitioner on the promise of getting a government job to her daughter; but, later they neither secured job nor repaid the amount. Hence, the complaint. Since the petitioner's complaint was not registered by the respondentsPolice, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition before this Court.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, the 1st respondentPolice conducted enquiry and in the enquiry, the accused persons undertook to repay the money to the petitioner; as such the petitioner's complaint has been closed by the respondentsPolice. 5.The submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as the petitioner's complaint has already been closed, the criminal original petition is ordered to be closed.
