Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for R1 to R3 Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the 3rd respondent while surveying the petitioner's lands.

2.The petitioner is the owner of the properties in SF.Nos.3/1F,3/1G,3/1H, 3/4, 5/2A, 5/2B2, 5/3A1, 5/3B situated at Tho.Pachudayamapalayam Village, Raispuram Taluk, Namakkal District, based on the proceedings of the Tahsildhar, Rasipuram in Proceedings No.F.L.2026/0123/09/000760, dated 26.03.2026. To fence the properties, the petitioner applied before the concerned Authority along with requisite fees engaging the Surveyor to survey the petitioner's land. During the course of survey, some third parties caused hindrance and thereby the official duties of the 3rd respondent got disturbed. In such circumstance, the Tahsildar, Rasipuram, lodged a complaint seeking police protection to survey the petitioner's land.

3.In view of the complaint lodged by the Tahsildar seeking police protection to survey the petitioner's land, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and give police protection while surveying the petitioner's land in accordance with law.
