ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9678 of 2020, dated 7.07.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter report on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police by first and third Monday https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
