Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to measure and demarcating the Survey No.76/9A in Kanathur Reddy Kuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and fix the boundary stones and consequently direct the respondent to pay 1/6
compensation for the delay and hardship caused to the petitioner in line with the final order dated 05.10.2020 passed in W.P.(MD).No.13465 of 2020 by this Court.
Prayer in W.P.No.13499 of 2024:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to measure and demarcating the Survey No.76/9B in Kanathur Reddy Kuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and fix the boundary stones and consequently direct the respondent to pay compensation for the delay and hardship caused to the petitioner in line with the final order dated 05.10.2020 passed in W.P.(MD).No.13465 of 2020 by this Court.

Government Advocate COMMON O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondents to measure the petitioner's land viz., Survey No.76/9A to an extent of 2 cents of lands and Survey No.76/9B to an extent of 7 cents in Kanathur Reddy Kuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District by considering the petitioner's applications dated 16.08.2023 and 16.10.2020, respectively, within a time stipulated by this court. 2/6
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties were acquired by way of registered Sale Deeds vide Documents Nos.14689 of 2019 and 6952 of 2019, respectively and the Revenue authorities also issued patta in favour of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has given applications on 16.08.2023 and 16.10.2020 to survey the said properties and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petitions.
4. Considering the limited relief sought in these writ petitions, the third respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 16.08.2023 and 16.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications for survey of the properties and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
