This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the criminal appeal against the conviction of sentence passed by the Court of Sessions Judge, Udhagamandalam, District at Nilgiris S.C.No.29 of 2020 dated 29.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 63 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
