2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 772 days in filing the above cross objection is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission along with C.M.A.No.140 of 2022.
