This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 01.07.2024 made in W.P.No.33393 of 2022, directing the respondent to effect patta in the name of the petitioner in the event of the petitioner succeeding in getting regularization. 2.Today, learned counsel on either side would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has also produced before this Court, a copy of the patta bearing Patta No.12089 effected in the name of the petitioner.
