...RESPONDENTS Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, directing the 1st 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and dispose the representation dated 09.07.2015 for issuing patta in petitioner's favour for the property comprised in Survey No.15/2 (Natham) Sembanar Koil Village measuring about 20 cents.

With the consent of both side, the writ petition itself has been taken up for disposal.

2 A request has been made by the petitioner to the respondent No.3 seeking issuance of patta for the land in Survey No.15/2 (Natham) situated at Sembanar Koil Village measuring about 20 cents based upon the long possession and Will said to have registered. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. 3 Considering the pendency of the representation, dated 9.7.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
