This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/520/2021 dated 15.02.2022 issued as a letter to the first respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.03.2022 and allot him shop with easy access. 2.
