O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 04.04.2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Saminathan who is the employee of the concern viz.,M/s.Sri Lakshmi Enterprises on the allegation of misappropriation. Though the said complaint was given as early as on 04.04.2015, till date the respondent police has not taken any action. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.276/2015 was assigned and petition enquiry is pending.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 04.04.2015 given by the petitioner, if enquiry was not conducted so far and upon enquiry, if the materials gathered indicates commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
