ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) There are three affidavits filed on behalf of respondents, one by V.Udayakumar, Tahsildar, affirmed on 01.02.2025, second one by Sibi Adhithya Senthil Kumar, District Collector, affirmed on 29.01.2025 and third one by P.Mohanambal, Block Development Officer, affirmed on 01.02.2025. A typed set of photographs is also filed.

2. Shri. Prabakar, on instructions and relying on the affidavits and the photographs, states that the illegally constructed anganwadi has been demolished. On instructions from the Collector, Shri. Prabakar states that

the debris shall be removed and disposed as per the Rules within one week from today. Statement is accepted as an undertaking.
