ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) What has been challenged is the order of eviction passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, which is appealable in nature.

2. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, status quo as on today shall be maintained. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
