ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.07.2015 on the file of Mylapore Police Station, Chennai and take action as per the law.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against Ilangovan alleging that the said Ilangovan had borrowed a sum of Rs.23,00,000/- for developing his business and failed to repay the same. When the petitioner asked for the same, he issued a cheque drawn on ICICI Bank and when the petitioner presented the cheque in the Bank it was dishonoured. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.1165 of 2015, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner which has been assigned C.S.R.No.1165 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
