ORDER

This petition has been filed by the accused No.5 to direct the respondent to file a final report at early in Crime No.114 of 2011.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent herein has registered the case against the petitioner herein and others in Crime No.114 of 2011 on 12.09.2011 under Sections 120(b), 465, 468, 471 I.P.C r/w 109 I.P.C, but, thereafter no steps have taken by the respondent to complete the investigation and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is completed and in the meanwhile, one of the accused died and after getting death certificate, the respondent will file final report within two weeks. She further submitted that now the case is pending before the Inspector of Police (Land Grabbing Cell), Kanchipuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Inspector of Police (Land Grabbing Cell) Kanchipuram District is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
