No.4026 of 2013 on the file of the XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

J U D G M E N T
Both Counsel present.
2. Counsel for the appellant represented that he is not pressing the second appeal as against the third respondent herein and also made an endorsement to that effect. The said endorsement is recorded.

Both counsel for the appellant and the respondents 1 and 2 stated that the matter had been compromised between the appellant and the respondents 1 and 2 and accordingly, filed a memorandum of compromise and prays the Court to dispose of the second appeal in terms of the memorandum of compromise filed by them.
4. Both the appellant and the respondents 1 and 2 are present and the terms of compromise are read over to them and admitted to be as correct.
5. In the light of the abovesaid position, the memorandum of compromise filed by the parties and their counsel is recorded.
6. In the light of the abovesaid position, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise and the memorandum of compromise shall form part and parcel of the decree of the second appeal.
