ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 20.08.2015. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 20.08.2015 as against Appunu and Anbarasu stating that on 18.08.2015 the said persons had demolished the houses of Raja, Palanivel Krishnan with the help of JCB and when the petitioner questioned the same, they scolded him using filthy language, but till date no case has been registered. Hence, this petition. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and it revealed that only the encroachments were removed pursuant to the direction given by the Court and hence, the complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the complaint is closed, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved.
