ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in respect of Crime No.188 of 2016 on the file of the respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.188 of 2016 was completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal on 05.10.2017, but the same has not yet been taken on file.

3.Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the final report in Crime No.188 of 2016, if filed.
