(Order of the court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners /appellants to accept the cause title as mentioned in the preamble as well as in the body of the Memorandum of Original Side Appeal grounds and direct the registry to number the Original Side Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants, who submitted that one K.Kumar who is the eldest son, represents the estate of the deceased respondent P.Saraswathi and hence, permission may be given to add him as the second respondent in the appeal.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the caveator raised objection by stating that all the legal heirs are not brought on record.
4. In view of the rival submissions, this court directs the petitioners/ appellants to implead all the legal heirs of the deceased respondent. Subject to impleadment of all the parties, this petition stands ordered.
