Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to sanction and pay the arrears of pay payable to the petitioner namely Rs.5,500/- instead of Rs.2,126/- from 07.08.2009 till 09.04.2012 as per the proceedings of the third respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.1509/2011 L dated 31.10.2011 by considering his representation dated 10.10.2015 and to pass orders thereon within a time to be specified by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner is a retired Forest Watcher, as he reached the age of superannuation on 28.2.2015. Still he has got a grievance that when he submitted a representation on 10.10.2015 seeking the respondents to disburse the arrears of pay payable to him at the rate of Rs.5,500/- instead of Rs.2,126/- from 7.8.2009 till 9.4.2012, as his services were regularised with retrospective effect from
7.8.2009, till date, the said representation has not been considered.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents sought four weeks time to consider the said representation. However, he requested this Court to direct the petitioner to make one more representation enclosing a copy of the earlier representation dated 10.10.2015 along with a copy of this order.
3. Placing on record the request made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, the petitioner is hereby directed to submit one more representation enclosing a copy of the earlier representation dated 10.10.2015 along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation from the petitioner, the respondents 1 & 2 shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
