Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2020 to cancel the patta No.1795 in S.F.No.415/1A given in favour of the Respondents 5 to 10 .

O R D E R
The Revenue Divisional Officer, Chengleput is suo-motu impleaded as the 12th respondent in this Writ Petition. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.08.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for cancellation of patta issued in favour of respondents 5 to 10.
3. Learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and 12 submitted that based on the representation made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has fixed the preliminary enquiry to be conducted on 30.09.2020 at 11 a.m.
4.The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry with all the relevant documents and after hearing all the parties, a report will be submitted before the 12th respondent and the 12th respondent, will, thereafter, pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the representation given by the petitioner is already being enquired by the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 11 and submit a report before the 12th respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 12th respondent shall thereafter, pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks .
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
