ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein viz., The Inspector of Police, T.7 Avadi Tank Factory Police Station, Chennai to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 19.08.2015. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 19.08.2015 as against Ramadoss and Ravi @ Hemaskaran alleging that they have created forged documents, but till date no case has been registered. Hence, this petition.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the very same allegations, a complaint was lodged by the petitioner in the year 2010 and FIR was registered on 14.05.2011 in Crime No.140 of 2011 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465 and 468 IPC and without knowing the same, the petitioner has now made another complaint on 19.08.2015. He also produced a copy of the complaint and FIR for the reference of this Court. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already FIR has been registered on the same set of allegations, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to submit the final report as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
