ORDER
The petitioner had sent a representation on 27.01.2026 to the first and second respondents, but no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to carry out the fencing of the petitioner's property. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that earlier the petitioner sent a representation dated 18.07.2025 seeking to survey the
petitioner's property. Since the respondents 3 to 5 obstructed for surveying the land, the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.No.31501 of 2025 and this Court, by an order dated 29.08.2025 directed the revenue officials to conduct survey of the land, earmark the boundaries and to give police protection. Now survey has been conducted, property earmarked and further revenue records mutated in the name of the petitioner. Now, when the petitioner attempted to put up fencing to the properties, the respondents 3 to 6 caused obstructions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in this case the petitioner's complaint received in Current Paper No.8 of 2026 and enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the same, the petitioner, who is in Bangalore, either to appear in person or sent an authorised person along with the supporting documents and participate in the enquiry. The enquiry to be conducted by the second respondent police and police protection to be provided for fencing the petitioner's property and also to be ensured that there is no unreasonable obstruction by the respondents 3 to 6 or any other persons. The police protection to be provided, unless there is any valid order from the Civil Court or Competent Authority. In the event of any obstruction, appropriate action to be taken against the obstructors.
