2. However, if any other grievance exists to the writ petitioner, he is at liberty to approach the competent authority. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the contempt petition.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
