Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.12.2021 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta in his name. However, the said application has been rejected by the respondents, on the ground that the properties in the aforesaid survey numbers belongs to Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed.
